Refund Policy

At Studycial Coaching, we strive to provide high-quality digital content like MCQs, subject-wise notes, and flipbooks for competitive exam preparation. Since our products are delivered digitally and instantly, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect or Duplicate Payment:

    • If you have been charged more than once for the same product or payment was made by mistake.

  2. Non-Delivery of Product:

    • If you do not receive access to your purchased content (MCQs, Flipbook, PDF) within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

  3. Technical Error from Our Side:

    • If the product you received is incomplete or not matching the description due to a server or delivery error.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

❌ No Refunds Will Be Provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect exam or subject selection by the buyer

  • Delayed access due to user error (e.g. wrong email or phone number given)

  • Once the content is accessed/downloaded/read

Please double-check your subject, email, and WhatsApp number before placing the order.

🔁 Exchange Option (If Applicable)

If you purchased the wrong subject or content by mistake, we may offer a one-time exchange within 12 hours of purchase, provided you haven’t accessed the original material.

🕒 Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • if refund is accepted, refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • It will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer/etc.)

  • We may deduct minimal processing charges (if applicable)
